Pathway Technologies & Services P. Ltd built the Care Nepal Mobile Application for CARE Nepal Organization. This service is provided to implement Digital Web and Mobile based DMEL & KM System to CARE Nepal. The Users who uses this Application only belongs to the users of the Organization. Even though it is available in the Play Store, it is protected by a username and password that restricts any other users to access the Application and its functionalities.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies on how data collected by this Application is only accessible to the Client and is not shared with anyone else. We do have a strict guideline on the privacy of the data and the data is only accessible to the authorized users of the Organization.
Like mentioned earlier, the data collected by this Application is not accessible to anyone who is not the part of the Organization. The data is collected and stored in the secured database and is not shared with anyone else. The data is only accessible to the authorized users of the Organization.
We want to inform that this Application does not collect, store or use any personal data and information of the User who is using the Application. The application, however, asks for permissions to access the Device Camera and GPS Location services but this is only required when the Event Forms are being filled. These services are required to gather information of Events Location where it took place and photos associated with the Events only.
We do not use cookies in this Application.
We have used commercially acceptable means of protecting the Event Information collected from the Application. The Event data is transferred from the device to the Database via. a secured HTTPS services.
These applicaiton does not collect any personal information of any user and is protected by authentication and authorization and hence it is not applicable for Children's Privacy.
